For larger projects, describe acreage per phase and target dates. The questionnaire calls for planning in five-acre increments; the estimating team will confirm the setup and coordination with the sod crew.
6. Decision Authority
For projects involving sod, identify who can make on-site decisions. If not assigned yet, enter that in the field.
Include access arrangements, other water sources, unknown quantities, or project-specific requirements.
